Tim Caroll is now writing for Hoboken Patch and has an introductory article on Timothy Occhipinti's run for 4th Ward Hoboken City Council.
Here is my favorite excerpt from the article that is telling of who is giving Timothy political advice:

Occhipinti said he relies on political veterans like Assemblyman Ruben Ramos, former City Council President Richard Del Bocchio, and former Board of Education member Perry Belfiore to guide him and provide political and historical context. "
Here is my limerick on some people from Tim's list of mentors that is missing in the article:
I am perhaps feeling a tad bit fleeced,
why does this article make no mention of Novak and Maurice?
On his own I would have to question if Timothy is able,
when he needs these same as usual mentors in his stable,
This election is really about starving the developer beast.
