I can testify in all honesty that Jake or anyone else was behind that video except me the author who has a penchant for political parody and satire. In fact, Jake Stuiver after the video came out on my site tactfully voiced his displeasure in me including Steve Fulop in the video. In all fairness to Steve Fulop I hear from a source that he and Timothy Occhipinti work for the same company so it could have been a case of him just stopping by to visit a friend. The other more skeptical side of me poses the question of why a Jersey City Councilman would be so interested in a Hooken 4th Ward election?

While Fulop may not know whom to blame for the video, Hoboken Mayor Dawn Zimmer may feel the backlash. There is a perception being promoted that Zimmer camp may be less friendly with the city’s neighbors, like Jersey City. Al- I am the producer of the video and I think that you should print a clarification as to who did the video. My name is Kurt Gardiner and I run a small blog in town and the video was my idea and not that of Jake Stuiver or anyone else's for that mattter. In fact Jake did not appreciate the inclusion of Mr. Fulop in the video and let me know about it.
Augie Torres reported the people at Tim's kickoff party and I simply did a harmless spoof about it. If Steve Fulop or yourself should want any clarification on this you can reach me by email at kurt.gardiner@gmail.com.

You should really reconsider the validity of your sources as this is the second time in less then a month that you have gotten something dead wrong. After a while the readers will start to assume that these factual errors are not accidents.
